What We Do

At MTB Coaching and Fitness our passion lies in working with people to achieve a healthier happier life. We do this through developing your skill, confidence and capabilities both in the gym and out on the trail. With over 15 years worth of coaching experience at our disposal, we will work with you to achieve your goals, and encourage you to aim ever higher and achieve what you thought was out of your reach.

We are based out of wolfhouse gym and offer 1-1 personal training, 2-1 personal training, group sessions and online programming. For mountain biking we have 4 week courses running every month based primarily at Nevis Range, and also offer 1-1 and group coaching for half day and full day sessions.

How does it work?

To begin with we will work on your skill in both to be able to perform to a higher standard. Once these skills are becoming more natural we will challenge those skills in increasingly difficult scenarios that align with your own individual abilities. This way of coaching will see more profound changes occurring both in the gym and on the trail.

Managing anxiety, fear and lack of confidence is hugely important to creating a safe learning environment that encourages progression. All of this is managed seamlessly by our highly experienced and professional coach, Euan.
